Shipping Options

We keep your shipping cost as low as possible. Flat rate shipping (U.S. only):

UPS Ground: $4.75 for up to 10 pounds

Priority Mail: $4.75 up to 5 pounds

Canada: Priority Mail only

International orders: Air Parcel Post or Federal Express.
We are not respnosible for lost orders shipped via US Air Parcel Post. We will email you prices for both ship methods before we ship your order for your conformation. Special shipping: (Please use Additional Information text box to tell us what you need)

UPS Shipping options by UPS: Next Day Air (Red); Next Day Air Saver (after 10:00 a.m. delivery; Second Day Air (Blue); Third Day Select

To track your shipment: Please e-mail or call us with your Order Number from your order Receipt. We will respond with a status report as quickly as possible.

1.25% State sales tax will be added to any order from Nevada customers.

Payment Policy

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. NOTE: Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. Web site orders will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

Return Policy

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase or 60 days for NOW products. Please encose a copy of your receipt so we are sure to credit you properly. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products We reserve the right to deny a refund.
